How long does a typical Greystone project take?+
Projects run anywhere from 2 to 12 weeks depending on scope. We put the work in during the planning and design phase to minimize any delays once a project is scheduled and underway.
What is the investment range for your projects?+
Our projects range from $10,000 for entry level bathroom projects to $100,000+ for custom finishes and luxury materials. We work with all budgets and keep our overhead low so we can pass those savings on to our clients without compromising quality or the shared vision for the best outcome.
Do you handle design and construction in-house?+
Yes. We are a true design and build studio, designers, project managers, and craftsmen all under one roof.
Will I have a single point of contact?+
Always. A dedicated project manager is your daily point of contact from kickoff through final walkthrough.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Fully, we hold all Massachusetts CSL and HIC licensing and carry comprehensive general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
